This game has all the makings of a great matchup. The San Francisco 49ers are no worse for wear after a 4 month work stoppage, and are looking to bolster their record with a solid win against the Washington Redskins. The running game will be a key factor in this game, right up until the "Fat Lady" sings, although a suprise pass here and there might popup. That means quick and effective defensive play calls will save the Washington Redskins from a crushing defeat.

There aren't many times when I say this, but this 49ers game will be my best play of the week, hands down. To see why, let's get back to fundamentals: the Redskins have a solid offense and a defense that can hold their own. The problem is, the 49ers have a SUPERIOR offense that will steamroll anyone in site. This short and sweet 5* winner is a no brainer: take 49ers for a slam-dunk victory.
