(CBB) Temple -2 over LaSalle
This is a not only a conference rivalry but one of the Big Five rivalries of Philly schools. There’s not much negative to say about LaSalle. The Explorers are 5-1 in conference home games with the lone loss to St Louis. The Explorers have lost three of four overall though and catch Temple on a ten-game win streak that has seen them also go 8-2 vs the points. Temple is 26-11 over time as a road favorite of less than three and the Owls have won five straight in the series including 76-70 home win on January 18th. No reason to get off the Temple money train here.

(CBB) Kansas -9 over Texas A&M
The Jayhawks are rolling right along winng four straight and 17 of 19 overall. Both teams have some very positive techs but this just isn’t a good matchup for the Aggies. Texas A&M plays excellent defense but just doesn’t have the firepower offensively to deal with KU. In the first meeting on January 23rd, Kansas won by ten in Lawrence despite A&M shooting 58% from downtown. Kansas was 4-20 from beyond the arc. The Jayhawks are 16-1 straight up in the series, the question is whether they’ll get the nine … BOTN thinks they will. Kansas 66-49.

(NBA) Oklahoma City -9 over Boston
The Celtics play their third game in four nights, the Thunder play their sixth game in nine nights. The Celtivs are the oldest team in the NBA, not very deep, and without Rondo who serves the final game of a suspension. The Thunder are young and deep and should get up for the Shamrocks. OKC has won ten straight home games. They’re just 6-4 ATS but this just might be a breakout game against a Boston team that’s dropped six of seven with no end in sight. Boston is 1-6 ATS vs the East while the Thunder are 5-1 ATS vs the West including a 97-88 win at Beantown January 16th. Right back.

(NBA) Orlando at New Jersey Under 186.5
The Magic play their third game in four nights, the Nets play their sixth game in eight nights. The Magic are 8-0 in the series including 4-0 in Newark but the Nets have covered half the games in both locals and just not interested in the side here. Six of the last eight games in the series have gone under the total so taking a cloer look there. Orlando is on three straight unders in games that accounted for 183-178-179 points. The Nets are on four straight unders in games that resulted in 192-168-179. In NJ’s last, a 100-92 win over the Knicks, it was all Deron Williams who went for 38 including eight threes. Thinking that the first one to 90 wins here. Play the under.
