(CBB) Baylor -7 over Texas A&M
This is a very big, very long, very athletic, very good Baylor team. The Bears are 3-1 on the conference highway with two wins by 12+ and the lone loss coming at Kansas. No shame there. The home team has won six of the L7 in the series but these Aggies are a bit down from previous editions. That said, nothing bad to say about A&M as they’re 6-2 ATS in conference but all five of their Big 12 losses are by nine or more giving a far more honest picture. Add to the mix Baylor’s 84 ppg on 51% shooting over their last five and there should not be much difficulty covering this number.

This is a tough game even grabbing almost 15 but thinking that CSU plus the points is the right side. The Rams are somewhat skitzo losing MWC roadies by 19 and 33, their L7 losses overall are by a combined 120 points. The home team has covered all five Rebel conf games with the wins at the Thomas and Mack coming by 23 and 17. The Rebs are 14-2 over the L16 in the series so why take points here. The Rams have their moments. They won here last year by 12 and beat San Diego State soundly last week. The Rebs are a team that on any given day can shoot 25% from the floor and go a three-happy 1-20 from downtown. That may not happen here but can’t help but think the Rams suck it up here and give Sin City all it wants. Take the points.

(NHL) NY Rangers -145 over the Buffalo Sabres
The Rangers gave one away last night giving up a late score to tie and then dropping the shootout to the Devils. No doubt the Braodway Blues are better in the mecca of MSG but this is a team playing for top seed in the East and just has to win these games. The Sabres got a rare road win last night but have been abysmal in home revenge spots (3-9) which is what they face here as Rangers won 4-1 here back on December 10th.
