The Week in MMA will be available at 9:00 PM EST tonight
BOTN apologizes for the late start on Friday so we’ll get right into the free selections. A profitable 2-1-1 last night and a solid week going. BOTN is looking to energize your weekend bankroll with the same winning formula tonight, four winners in three different sports.
The week in MMA will available tonight after 9:00 PM EST with some boxing coverage as well. BOTN will have the latest on Nick Diaz positive test from UFC 143 and how it has thrown the entire lightweight division into disaray. Also the latest on Dos Santos vs Overeem tentatively set for UFC 146 in Las Vegas.
(CBB) Wright State -2.5 over Wisconsin Green Bay
Green Bay won the first round 57-56 in Titletown. Wright State hit 7-12 from three-point land but the Phoenix won the war at the foul line 26-5. Looking at techs, both teams are pretty much 50/50 props across the board. WGB fits the infamous 1-6 ATS on Fridays angle. Wright State is 2-4 as afavorite but 6-3 vs losing records. The Raiders were expected to be better than their results to this point but they’ve won their L3 home games allowing just 53 ppg and they in revenge mode here. Wright State 59-52.

(CBB) Yale +3 over Cornell
This is the best edition of the Bulldogs in a long long time. Three of their five losses have come to teams in major conferences plus Harvard. The Yalies are 5-1 in the Ivy and need this to keep pace with the Crimson with whom they still have a rematch. Cornell is 3-3 in the Ivy and 6-2 at home vs Division I teams but those loses were to American and Penn, neither as good as what the homies face here. Yale stays in the hunt with a key road win, lets call it 65-58.

(NBA) Dallas -2.5 Minnesota
The Mavs are playing just their second games in six nighte while Minnesota plays its third game in four nights. Dallas has won four of its last five road games and starting to get healthy, the Wolves have covered four of five as a home dog. There is nothing bad to say about either team, the Mavs are starting to hit their stride and are proven road warriors at 67-39 ATS over the last three years. Minnesota is 11-3 as a dog but just 7-8 SU and ATS at the Target Center and points are not likely to come into play here. We’re asking for a team to win straight up and it will be the Mavs.

(NHL) Colorado -148 over Carolina
The Canes are 2-10 in their L12 road games and the Avs are 1-5 in their L6 overall so something has to give. At 20-35 overall and 6-20 on the road it’s hard to find any positive for visiting Carolina. That said, Colorado has had plenty of success vs the East (10-2) and are on a 6-3 run after playing three or more home games. Colorado is 7-0-2 LT in the series at the Pepsi Center and this is the Avs final home game before a brutal St Louis, Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnepeg road trip. Colorado rates a solid call here.
